Criminal Cases Crimes in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania have three (3) degrees or classifications, Summary Offenses, Misdemeanors and Felonies.Within the Misdemeanor and Felony Classification a number between one (1) and three (3) is given to the seriousness of the offense.Therefore the range of classification of Crimes in PA are; Summary (traffic ticket), M3, M2, M1, F3, F2, F1 (rape, murder, etc.).

·Multiple charges and/or cases may carry an additional fee ·Additional fee required for all charges outside of WarrenCounty; i.e. Allegheny, Erie, Forest or McKeanCounties.
ALL fees listed above are discussed in advance of hire and are considered non-refundable flat fee retainers which are paid to Greene Law Office as consideration for agreeing to representation and assuring future availability in your matter. The non-refundable “flat fee” retainer will cover all fees associated with this office at the County Court level until final disposition or entry into the ARD program; unless we go to trial. If you decide to take your case to trial, an additional non-refundable trial fee will be required. All flat fee retainers for criminal cases are not refundable under any circumstances and are considered earned in full upon receipt.
Trials and Criminal Appeals If you decide to take your case to trial, a non-refundable trial fee will be required.If you wish to appeal any rulings or verdict to a higher Court, e.g. Superior or Supreme Court, then another non-refundable retainer will be required and you agree to pay monthly bills for professional legal services on a time-expended basis at an hourly rate of $195.00 per hour for professional services if that retainer should be exhausted. Federal Criminal Cases Representation for Federal Crimes are quoted on a case by case basis and usually requires a minimum fee of $30,000 or more. Please note in all criminal representation additional costs may be incurred by us in our handling of your matter.These additional costs are out-of-pocket expenses that must be paid by you in advance, and can include such items as private investigators, filing fees, expert witness fees, transcripts, appraisers and accountants, etc.If any of these “costs” are required, you will receive prior notice and have the option of obtaining the same.
